Elizabeth Budd

Elizabeth Budd ’19 is a history major and Digital Humanities Associate (DHA) at Carleton College who loves to travel, read, listen to musicals, and solve Sudoku. Elizabeth is currently working on maps about late 18th century poor relief in England, and was incredibly lucky last summer to spend two weeks at Gressenhall doing workhouse archaeology. She finds the integration of the intellectually stimulating subject of English poor relief and the challenges of new technologies very exciting, and also enjoys the chance to work with the amazing people of Team Workhouse.
